Let Me Train You for a Triathlon Today!!! Join me in the fastest growing sport in North America today. Do you need some direction on training and you don't know where to begin. I will take all the guess work away so that you can begin seeing results immediately. With me as your coach I will help you reach your true potential as a multisport athlete.
Monthly Triathlon Training Program: Are you thinking about trying your first triathlon or are you a looking to improve on past performances. If so, look no further! My training program is designed to prepare you for your next event. Whether it is a Sprint Triathlon or a full IRONMAN this training is essential to your peak performance. As a local Triathlete and Coach I will guide you to success and teach you the tools necessary to achieving your triathlon goals.
Session are ongoing so you can join at anytime. (All workouts will be at Memorial Park from 6-7:30am at the small track.)
Tuesday-Strength Training, Track Intervals, Plyometric Training, Weights, Core Training, Stretching, and Drills. On this day bring a towel, or yoga mat, set of weights (challenging but not to heavy Adjustable weights preferred). Water or sports drink, proper attire shorts, running shoes, and energy.

Monthly training schedule to keep you on track with your training. Proper Coaching on Mechanics Plyometric Training Weights and Strength Training Proper Stretching Techniques Live, phone, and email support 10% discount at local running stores
Cost:$100 per month which includes a monthly training schedule and 2 workouts per week.
