Indoor Boot Camp Group Classes

The classes will consist of a variety of circuit based activities listed below. You will never experience the same workout twice. The 24 Day Challenge is the the nutritional component of the the program. It is a road map to great nutrition which is designed to help cleanse and detox your body. The 24 Day Challenge will also increase your absorption rate of nutrients and energy while at the same time help you decrease body fat. Most importantly throughout the 24 Day Challenge you will have a nutritionist guide and mentor you through the process to ensure you have the most success.
